What is happening in Barien?
Builders of Barien, if you are wondering where your builds have gone, they are in my boxel (hammybambo) where i am storing them while i remake the streets etc. Please be patient, and i will reinstate your buildings when i see fit to.
Barien is currently undergoing extreme cosmetic surgery, making it plausible for builders to build again, and not just look at it and go "eww, this looks like a *insert swear word of your choice here* tip. The island is being split up into its major districts, where it will hopefully flourish. Please be patient with me. Also, there will be a new pallette aswell, to commemorate the crowning of the NEW TOWN!!!

Barien's History
The Barien Islands are a series of islands in close proximity to each other. These islands were initially many eons ago about 20 islands, each belonging to its own tribe. These tribes fought with each other for many a millenia, using their mysterious Magic to fight with their minds. The islands had a natural resistance to the Magic, thus making it impossible to sink them, making the islands very precious to others. The tribes after their form of main tribe was culled by a mysterious plague that had no cure. This proved quite a shock to the tribes, and the oldest and most powerful mages came together, and sacrificed themselves to join the islands into the group of islands that are present today. This allowed the tribes to become one giant tribe, which became the magnificent city of Barien. The royalty was reinstated by the next most powerful tribe (The Klokkati Tribe) and had the common folk make them a Palace that would forever stand. The Arch-Mages had their own island to themselves, they made this island their Magicians University, where all magic could be studied in harmony with nature. The tribes also instated a Government, to take care of criminals and the like. They had their own island, which houses their Prison, Govenrment Building, and Govenment Housing. The central island, and by far the biggest, was given to the common folk, where they build their own little peice of heaven. They had houses, shops, markets, parks, everything they could ever want. Word spread of Barien all over The Wild West, and ships started to come into its harbour, boosting its economy, and giving it trade, where the people could trade fine silks and minerals for what the traders had to sell. Barien today is a sprawling city, looking for more to fill its streets with their prescense, and build there, making it a must see destination in The Wild West.
